How do I pay with M-Pesa?
Choose M-Pesa at checkout, enter your Safaricom number and approve the prompt that appears on your phone. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a confirmation by email or SMS, and a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons hair must be unworn with the lace uncut.
Do you ship outside Kenya?
Yes. Skincare, makeup and beauty tools ship worldwide by DHL or Aramex, with delivery costs calculated at checkout.
